Anywhere. Most of our roles go to the Philippines, Latin America and South Africa, where we have the strongest bench and the time zones work for US clients, but we recruit wherever the role needs.
Your client's hours. Most of our clients are in the US, so expect to work US business hours. Where a role allows overlap rather than a full shift, we say so before you interview.
It depends on the role. Some are filled within a day because we already have a client waiting; others take a few weeks because we are matching a narrow skill set. We will tell you which one you are in.
You need to be willing to use them. Our clients expect it, and we train the people we place. Refusing to use them is a harder problem than not knowing them yet.
You stay in our pool. Roles come up constantly, and being turned down for one brief does not rule you out for the next.
